Zombies Need Brains has a stuffed animal representing each editor. So far, they have a guinea pig (Joshua B. Palmatier), goat (Patricia Bray), bear (SC Butler), meerkat (Laura Anne Gilman), and ferret (Kat Richardson). As you know, ZNB funded a new set of anthologies this past summer, and I was lucky enough to be selected to pair up with Joshua to edit one of the anthologies. Now ZNB has selected my avatar ... a lion! (With the ZNB bandana, of course). The ZNB open submission window is now closed. A big thank you to all the writers who submitted. Josh and I are reading through the 150 for so stories submitted for The Razor's Edge, and we should have selections for the anthology out around the end of the month. Hope everyone has a great New Year's Day!
